Martina Fransson has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Kommunikatör at IKEA Group, where they were responsible for updating the intranet content and sending out emails for internal communication. Martina also worked as a Personlig assistent at Mimer Assistens AB that same year. In 2014, they completed an internship as a Juniorkonsult at JMW Kommunikation, where they gained insight into the PR industry and worked on research and writing press releases. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at eBerry as a Digital Content Editor/UX writer, where they collaborated closely with UX designers to contribute content, tone of voice, and brand identity. In 2020, they moved to Skandia as a Conversion Content Manager/UX writer. Currently, they are a Senior UX writer at SAVR.
Martina Fransson attended Lund University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Kandidatexamen in Strategisk kommunikation & digitala medier. During their studies, they also completed a 15 hp Fristående kurs in Kriskommunikation, a 15 hp Fristående kurs in Visuell kommunikation och retorik, and a 30 hp Fristående kurs in Sociologi - klass, kön och etnicitet. Additionally, they completed a 30 hp Fristående kurs in Litteraturvetenskap at Stockholm University. Outside of their formal education, they also completed courses with Unionen, including Facklig grundkurs and Aktivt lönearbete.
