Maëlys de Chiffreville has a diverse and extensive work experience. Maëlys is currently working at SAVOYE as the Global Human Resources Director and Global Head of Talent Management and Recruitment. Maëlys joined the company in May 2022 and is still in their role. Prior to this, they worked at Lee Hecht Harrison as the Project Director for Talent Development from January 2019 to October 2021. Before that, they were a Manager at Groupe Arthur Hunt from January 2013 to 2018. Maëlys founded Arhomme - Coaching & Formation in 2009 and served as its Founder until January 2013. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Hunt Consulting. Prior to that, they were the Project Director at RSM Salustro Reydel - KPMG from 2002 to 2007. Maëlys started their career as a Manager at RSM SALUSTRO REYDEL Czech Republic in 1995 and worked there until 2002.

Maëlys de Chiffreville's education history includes several qualifications and certifications in various fields. In 1995-1996, they attended ESCP Business School, where they obtained a Mastère Droit et Management des Affaires Internationales degree. Later on, they attended Kahler Communication, where they became a certified Formateur certifié PROCESS COMMUNICATION. Maëlys also pursued a Master's degree in Business Coaching at International Mozaik.

To further develop their professional potential, Maëlys de Chiffreville enrolled at IFPNL (Institut Français de P.N.L) and obtained a degree in SISEM - Réaliser son potentiel professionnel. Additionally, they acquired expertise in Codéveloppement professionnel, completing levels I and II at CECODEV: Centre de formation au Codéveloppement Professionnel.

Maëlys de Chiffreville also pursued a Master's degree in Droit des Affaires at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). Later on, they obtained a Certification in Coaching with a focus on Coaching systémique from Chantal Motto Conseil. Lastly, they obtained a Certification Praticien en EFT et psychologie énergétique from IFPEC.
