From 2005 to 2006, Harjeet worked as a Project Manager for the Mobile eHealth Project at McMaster University.
From 2006 to 2008, they served as the National Ambulatory Care & Reporting System Program Lead at the Canadian Institute for Health Information. In this role, they led the national reporting of ambulatory clinical and financial data from hospitals across the country.
From 2008 to 2009, Harjeet worked as the Vice President at Theta Analytics, providing management consultancy services in areas such as senior leadership and management training, process optimization, and quality improvement.
From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Consultant at the Ontario Health Quality Council, where they developed and implemented a large-scale quality improvement initiative in the province of Ontario.
From 2010 to 2013, Harjeet served as the CEO and Director of Canada International Trade Services Inc., a company providing business development services to organizations interested in global expansion.
From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the President at Tiara Business Solutions Canada, specializing in market penetration strategy development and execution.
From 2014 to 2017, Harjeet served as the CEO of Nanolytix Inc, and from 2017 to the present, they hold the position of President & CEO at Savormetrics, an industry leader in AI-driven food quality detection technologies.
Harjeet Bajaj completed a Masters of Engineering degree at McMaster University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2003, they pursued a B.Eng & Mgt degree in Electrical Engineering and Management at McMaster University.
