Oona Rantamäki is a Multiform Pedagogy Specialist at Savonia University of Applied Sciences since February 2023, with extensive experience in health and fitness education. Rantamäki has been a Group Exercise Instructor at Kuopion kansalaisopisto since September 2019 and previously held multiple roles at Talous ja nuoret TAT from October 2020 to January 2023, including Specialist, Regional Coordinator, and Lead Instructor. Rantamäki worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Eastern Finland in 2021, contributing to a MOOC on Public Health. With a background in fitness training, Rantamäki has instructed various group exercises at organizations such as Fysioline Fressi Oy and Sykettä Kuopion korkeakoululiikunta. As a co-founder of Pole Partners Oy, management and service design were key responsibilities, while earlier roles included Office Manager and Physiotherapist in different settings. Rantamäki holds a Master of Health Science in Health Education from the University of Eastern Finland and a degree in Physiotherapy from Savonia University of Applied Sciences.
