Heather Scheck has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as Branch Manager at Savings Bank of Walpole since February 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and adapting to various roles as needed. Previous positions include Assistant Branch Manager and Retail Banker, focusing on account management and customer service. Prior to Savings Bank of Walpole, Heather worked at The Insurance Source, Inc. as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative and at People's United Bank as a Bank Sales & Service Representative. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Keene State College and multiple diplomas in banking and marketing from the Center for Financial Training & Education Alliance.
