Jan Crosby serves as the Head of Corporate Finance at Savills since March 2022, specializing in advising a diverse range of clients, including financial sponsors and institutional investors, on corporate mergers and acquisitions and capital raising within the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors. With 25 years of experience, Jan has expertise across various domains, including Housebuilders, Student Housing, Affordable Housing, and more. Prior roles include heading Real Estate M&A at KPMG Corporate Finance and serving as Executive Director at Shareholder Executive. Jan is also a trustee for Cerebra, a charity, and holds significant qualifications, including a BSc in Economics & Accountancy from the University of Bristol and fellowships from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and ICAEW.
