Jorge M. Carcelen Fernández is an experienced professional in the architecture and real estate sectors, currently serving as an Embajador at BNI Cádiz Sur y Ceuta since June 2024. As the Gerente CEO of Ayalto since March 2011, Jorge leads a company specializing in comprehensive services in architecture, promotion, construction, and maintenance.
