Erica Duggan currently serves as a Junior Human Resources Business Partner at Savills Ireland, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Erica accumulated diverse experience at Ergo from September 2020 to May 2023, progressing through titles such as People and Culture Generalist, People and Culture Coordinator, and People & Culture Administrator. Earlier experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Coordinator at ESB from June 2018 to August 2019 and a position as Sales Advisor at Oasis Fashion from February 2017 to April 2018. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Maynooth University (2016-2020) and a CIPD Award in Employment Law & Employee Relations from the National College of Ireland (2021). Education was completed at St. Peter's College, Dunboyne from 2010 to 2016.
