Lucy Costello is a Senior Consultant at Saville Assessment since September 2021, with previous roles as a Consultant and Consultant Analyst. Prior experience includes working with Smart Resourcing Solutions from 2018 to December 2021, where Lucy facilitated mock assessment centres across the UK, both in person and virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic, and managed various administrative tasks. Lucy also served as a Gymnastic Coach at Wakefield Junior Gymnastics Club Limited from September 2015 to September 2020, sharing a passion for the sport with younger gymnasts. Additionally, during a 4-week mental health placement in Bali with SLV.Global in June 2019, Lucy gained hands-on experience in mental health interventions. Earlier, Lucy worked as a Team Leader at KFC UK & Ireland from August 2014 to November 2019, enhancing communication and supervisory skills. Lucy holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Leeds Beckett University, completed in 2019.
