Dustin Wells, CFI, is an experienced professional in loss prevention and asset protection, currently serving as Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager at Savers | Value Village since October 2016. Prior roles include Regional Loss Prevention Manager, where feedback on safety practices was provided to operational partners, and Asset Protection District Manager at Rite Aid, where training programs for Asset Protection Agents were developed. Dustin has a history of leading divisions in internal case productivity and has held various positions at Kmart Corporation, including Multi-unit Loss Prevention Manager and Loss Prevention Manager, focusing on theft investigation and physical security standards. Earlier experience includes roles at Finishline, Nations Rent, and AlliedBarton Security Services, as well as serving in the US Army as a Fire Team Leader. Dustin holds an Associate in Science degree in Criminal Justice from Everest University-North Orlando.
