Jennifer Harris is a dedicated animal care professional with extensive experience in primate and wildlife care. Currently serving as a Chimpanzee Caregiver at Save the Chimps, Inc. since July 2017, Jennifer manages multiple chimpanzee social groups, supervises and trains staff, and engages in guest education on conservation. Previous roles include volunteer positions with the Pan African Sanctuary Alliance and Lincoln Park Zoo, where Jennifer focused on social media and research assistance. Early experiences at Born Free USA, Chimps Inc., and other organizations involved direct animal care and enrichment activities. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Vermont.
