Jimale Magan completed their Bachelor of Economics in the field of Social Sciences from the University of Hargeisa between 2007 and 2011. Currently, they are pursuing an MA in Peace, Governance, and Development at the University for Peace (UPEACE) - UN Mandated, which began in 2020. Jimale has also obtained a certification in Project Cycle Management from Oxfam.
