Tom M. is an experienced Information Technology Manager currently overseeing IT operations at IK-Group since January 2020. Tom has also taken on roles at Online Electronics Ltd. and Izomax while volunteering with Save the Children Norway. Prior positions include leadership roles in Equinor as a FSO Team Leader and FSO Engineer, where responsibilities included team management, ticket assignments, and the creation of standard operating procedures. Tom began a career in IT as a technician with roles at WeFixIT IT Services and Mansfield Computers and Electronics, gradually evolving through various support and engineering positions, including Network Support at RM Education and Operations Engineer with Littlefish. Tom's foundational experience includes administrative support at Asquith Primary School, complemented by a strong educational background at Ashfield School.
