Liina Aagedal is an accomplished technology and transformation leader with extensive experience in both the non-profit and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Technology and Transformation at Save the Children Norway, Aagedal focuses on leveraging technology to enhance the lives of children and improve support for stakeholders. Previously, Aagedal was the owner and founder of MakeFuture @ Aagedal Consulting, providing digital strategy and business development services. A significant tenure at Nordea included roles such as Innovation Lead, overseeing corporate innovation and digital transformation initiatives, and leading various digital projects, security, and system infrastructure efforts. Aagedal holds a Diplom Informatik degree from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and an engineering degree in economics and data processing from TalTech.
