Anne's career began at NRK as an Editorial Assistant, contributing to various children's programs. Additionally, Anne has a rich background in educational roles, having been the Chief Instructor at Cirka Cirkus, overseeing the pedagogical framework and activities. Anne also has leadership experience from serving as the leader of UNGDOM MOT NARKOTIKA, where management duties included personnel oversight and budgeting.
