Shoaib Azeem Khan's work experience begins in 2007 with a role as an Executive in the Foreign Exchange Department of Thomas Cook India Limited. Shoaib Azeem handled cash operations and ensured compliance with RBI and FEMA guidelines. In 2009, they joined HDFC Bank as a Deputy Manager, where they managed branch operations and ensured strict compliance with audit and regulatory procedures. In 2015, Shoaib joined IndusInd Bank as a Manager, responsible for servicing HNI customers and providing them with personalized banking solutions. Later in 2015, they joined Save the Children, India, starting as a Coordinator for Institutional Partnerships, providing grants management support and developing financial proposals for corporate and institutional donors. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an Assistant Manager in Award Management at Save the Children, India. In 2019, they became the Lead for Award Management, responsible for proposal development and management of a $50M portfolio. Currently, Shoaib holds the position of Lead for Grants Management (Finance) at Save the Children, India, where they lead a team and ensures effective grants management for ongoing programs and the development of budget proposals.
Shoaib Azeem Khan completed their Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Economics at Aligarh Muslim University from 2002 to 2005. Shoaib Azeem then pursued further education and obtained a Masters of Finance & Control from the same university, specializing in decision making, planning, management, and control, from 2005 to 2007.
