Niharika Alam is a Frontend Developer at Savas Labs since February 2022, bringing a diverse range of experience in tech and web development. Previously, Niharika held the position of Tech Support Intern at the Research Foundation of The City University of New York, managing data tracking systems and troubleshooting tech equipment. Niharika also served as Lead Web Developer for the Mott Haven Community Fridge Network, where leadership skills were demonstrated by overseeing a team of developers and resolving technical issues. Other roles include participating in the SYEP Summer Bridge program, interning at the Simons Foundation as a Software Engineer Intern, and contributing to the HENRY J. CARTER SPECIALTY HOSPITAL as a Summer Intern focused on patient care. Niharika's early experience includes an internship with City Council District 15, where involvement in participatory budgeting provided foundational insights into community engagement.
