Pam Brooker is a seasoned expert in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) with extensive experience managing compliance for large-scale government projects. Currently serving as the EVMS Compliance Manager at Savannah River Mission Completion, Pam oversees a $21 billion program for the DOE, leading efforts for PM-30 certification and implementing self-governance initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Compliance Analyst at CONSOLIDATED NUCLEAR SECURITY, LLC, and Compliance Manager at Savannah River Remediation, where Pam ensured effective EVMS management for significant liquid waste processing programs. Earlier career experience at Battelle included program management of international defense operations and established oversight of project controls across multiple sectors. Pam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
