Sheila Lynne Bolda is an experienced film programmer and arts administrator, currently serving as a Festival Consultant for Bold A Productions since June 2023. Bolda has been a Short Film Screener for the Tribeca Festival since November 2018, where responsibilities include screening over 300 films in a six-week period and providing recommendations. As the Programming Team Lead for the SCAD Savannah Film Festival since October 2002, Bolda has overseen the film programming, showcasing over 175 films selected from a pool of more than 3,000. Previously, Bolda held the position of Executive Director at the Sturges-Young Center for the Arts from February 2019 to July 2023, promoting and presenting arts and culture in the community while managing event logistics and fundraising efforts. Bolda earned a Master’s Degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Theater from Western Michigan University.
