Shana Toney is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and employee engagement, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Alumni Experience at Savannah College of Art and Design since August 2021. With a comprehensive background, Shana has held multiple roles in talent acquisition, including Senior Talent Partner and Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition for Faculty. Prior to this, Shana worked at lululemon as the People & Culture Lead, focusing on culture engagement and diversity initiatives, as well as serving as a Product Educator. Shana's earlier career involved writing and editing for Community Newspapers, Inc., directing and teaching at Hot Shots Dance Company, and freelancing as a choreographer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Dance with a minor in English from Brenau University and participation in the International Summer School for English Literature at the University of Cambridge.
