Desiree Bryant has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Training Manager at Saulsbury since August 2023. Previously, Desiree held roles such as Training Specialist at Harris County Public Health and Training and Development Manager at Certarus Ltd. Specific expertise includes the assessment of training needs aligned with corporate goals, development of comprehensive training programs for plant operators and maintenance craft employees, and collaboration across departments to address training gaps. Additional experience includes managing a workforce training project at CB&I, directing the Workforce Training Department at Lamar Institute of Technology, and leading initiatives within the Silsbee Economic Development Corporation. Desiree holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Lamar University, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
