Dana Alhagas is an experienced environmental engineer and co-founder of the Saudi Energy Leaders Assembly, actively serving as an Advisory Board Member since October 2020. At the Ministry of Energy, Dana has focused on Circular Carbon Economy, climate change policies, renewable energy, and energy efficiency since August 2020. Previous roles include Environmental Specialist at The Red Sea Development Company, where Dana led initiatives for local food production and proposed innovative environmental solutions, as well as an intern at Aramco, where Dana contributed to shaping international climate policies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from KAUST and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
