Oliver John Cardinal is an experienced electronic engineer with a strong background in plant maintenance, product development, and process engineering. Currently serving at Saudi Ceramics since March 2012, Cardinal focuses on maintaining equipment efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance. Prior experience includes roles at ChipMOS Technologies Inc. as a product development engineer, where monitoring wafer yield and debugging test programs were key responsibilities. Cardinal also worked as a process engineer at Phoenix Precision Technology Corporation, where process improvement and problem-solving were central tasks. Earlier positions included test equipment technician at Fastech Synergy Philippines and test sustaining technician at MUSIC Semiconductor Philippines, contributing to equipment calibration and maintenance to support production operations. Cardinal holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Technological University of the Philippines - Visayas, completed in 1999.
