Najla ALFahad is a professional with diverse experience in project management, customer service, and airline relations. Currently serving as a Planning and Performance Analyst and Project Coordinator at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property since June 2020, Najla contributes to the establishment of the Project Management Office and aids in providing structured project management governance. Previous roles include an Airline's Relation Specialist at Fursan Travel, where Najla focused on engaging with airlines and analyzing sales data, and positions at GAZT and Malath Insurance, where responsibilities included leading a customer service team and enhancing client relationships. Najla holds a degree in English Language and Literature from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, earned in 2016.
