Eng. Heba Al Saigh, MSWE, AgileBA®, serves as a Senior Business Analyst at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) since April 2019, with additional responsibilities as a Scrum Product Owner. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Digital from February 2019 to April 2019 and serving as Product Owner at EXCEED IT Services between October 2017 and January 2019. Earlier in a career, Eng. Heba worked as a Junior Web Developer during a co-op training program at EBOX SOLUTIONS in mid-2016. Academic achievements consist of a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from King Saud University (September 2019 - May 2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the same institution (2013 - 2017).
