Fahad Alhajri currently serves as the Director of HR Integration at SAMI, a position held since April 2022, where responsibilities include establishing the HR integration department, managing M&A activities, and overseeing Joint Ventures from an HR perspective. In addition to this role, Fahad also leads HRBP for the SAMI Aerospace division. Prior to SAMI, Fahad held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Maaden and served as Manager of Talent Acquisition before that. At SABIC, experience includes roles such as Section Head of Talent Acquisition and Organization Development, where Fahad led the implementation of a global recruitment system. Earlier career highlights include positions as a Recruitment Specialist and Boutique Manager. Fahad holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earned between 2010 and 2013.
