YOUSUF AFZAL is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in power plant projects, currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer at SAUDCONSULT for the Shuqaiq Power Plant since September 2014. Prior to this role, YOUSUF AFZAL has been a Project Civil Engineer at Saudi Consulting Services since March 2004, contributing to various projects, including the Shuqaiq Power Plant. YOUSUF AFZAL holds a degree from Osmania University, where study completed between 1967 and 1972.
