Alessandro Agansati is a System Engineer at Sauber Motorsport since November 2018, focusing on the development of new pit-stop system hardware and software, along with pit-stop data analysis. Prior to this, Alessandro worked as a Senior Software Control Engineer at McLaren Automotive Ltd from September 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included model creation, simulation, and testing using various tools such as Matlab and dSPACE, and the development of applications for model management. Earlier experience includes a position as an Engineer at Ferrari GeS from February 2011 to August 2015. Alessandro Agansati holds a degree from MIP Politecnico di Milano, completed in 2010.
