Rainer Czypionka, P.Geo. is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Geologist at Saturn Oil + Gas Inc. since April 2023, Rainer has previously held similar roles at RIDGEBACK RESOURCES INC. and LIGHTSTREAM RESOURCES, focusing on Cardium and Montney development. Rainer's expertise includes managing wellsite personnel, geosteering horizontal drills, conducting petrographic analyses, and performing comprehensive reservoir evaluations. Rainer earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Calgary between 1979 and 1984.
