Dane Ku Blake is a seasoned leasing professional with extensive experience in property management and marketing. Currently serving as a Leasing Administrator at Saturday Properties since July 2021, Dane leads lease renewal negotiations and CRM management for various properties. Previously, as a Leasing Consultant, Dane generated over $3M in lease revenue through multifamily leasing efforts. Dane has also held marketing and sales roles at Open Squash and Enertiv, focusing on strategic partnerships and operational intelligence in commercial real estate. Further experience includes a Resident Relations Specialist role at Aimco Apartment Homes, which involved lease renewal strategies, as well as various positions in sports operations and promotions. Dane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Macalester College.
