Donald Lum has extensive experience in technology and IT operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Group Head of Technology at SATS Ltd. Previous roles include Vice President of Technology Innovation and Data Analytics and Assistant Vice President at SATS Technology Innovation Center. Additionally, Donald held the position of Group Director for Financial IT and IT Procurement at NOL Ltd, and Head of Do-Not-Call Registry Operations at the Personal Data Protection Commission. Earlier in their career, Donald worked as a Senior Sales Manager at IBM and Global Head of IT Operations and Technology at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore. Donald Lum holds a Bachelor in Information Technology with a focus on Data Communications and Networking from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from the National University of Singapore.
