Roza Hosnavi has held several roles throughout their work experience. In 2012, they worked as a Manager incasso at GraydonCreditsafe Nederland until 2014. From 2013, they became the Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder at Zavimed Hair Transplant Instruments. In 2015, they became the Eigenaar at LIPOELASTIC Benelux and held that position until 2020. Finally, in 2020, they co-founded and became the Chief Product Officer at Sassy Saints.

Roza Hosnavi's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences between 2010 and 2013. Roza also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2012.
