Adam T. Foster, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Training and Development at SASR Workforce Solutions since February 2022, Adam previously held the role of Regional Human Resources Manager/Business Partner at Advance Auto Parts, overseeing HR functions for over 500 locations. Prior to that, Adam was a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner at Lowe's, managing a team of more than 300 employees, and held the position of Store Operations Assistant Store Manager at The Home Depot, where responsibilities included overseeing retail operations and vendor negotiations. Adam also served as a Medical Specialist in the US Army, providing medical support during NATO peacekeeping operations in Bosnia. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources from Bellevue University.
