Manikandan has a solid background in Computer Aided Design, with roles at Teamware Solutions and Talent Capital India Pvt Ltd, where expertise included schematic design and library creation for E-CAD systems. Early experience as a Service Engineer at Macons Equipments Private Limited and Arena Engineering Services Private Limited involved installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical control panels, alongside hands-on training for operators on plant equipment and SCADA systems.
