Wayne Carlson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in telecommunications and engineering, currently serving as the Carrier Relations Manager at SaskTel since November 1995. With a robust history of leadership roles, Wayne has orchestrated significant projects including a wireless partnership analysis and the development of strategic technology plans in Mobility Engineering. Previous positions at SaskTel include Senior Business Planner, Business Development Manager, and Customer Systems Engineer, where Wayne contributed to innovative service implementations and customer solutions. Prior to SaskTel, Wayne held key engineering roles at the City of Regina and IPSCO, enhancing project management and system integration capabilities. Wayne holds a diploma in Internet Marketing from The University of British Columbia and both a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronic Information Systems Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Regina.
