Leanne Bellegarde

Leanne Bellegarde, Q.C. has worked with the Government of Canada on the Treaty Land Entitlement Agreement, the City of Saskatoon, the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations and in her own successful private law practice on the Muskeg Lake First Nation Urban Reserve in Saskatoon. She worked at Nutrien (formerly PotashCorp) from 2010-2018 first as the Director, Aboriginal Strategy and more recently as the Director, Diversity and Inclusion.

Leanne has a Professional Director status from a joint program of the Johnson Shoyoma Graduate School and Governance Solutions (formerly Brown Governance). She is currently involved in the following boards: Sustainable Development Technology Canada, File Hills Qu’Appelle Developments, and the Saskatoon Public School Foundation. Leanne is from Treaty 4 territory but grew up in Meadow Lake and calls Saskatoon home. She is a member of the Peepeekisis First Nation.
