Ryan Gartner serves as Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations at Saskatchewan Government Insurance since May 2017, where responsibilities include leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise IT infrastructure and architecture. Previously, as Vice President of Solutions Development and Delivery at SGI, Ryan oversaw enterprise IT solutions and digital transformation strategies. Ryan also held the position of Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture, focusing on long-term systems strategies and technology standards. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at The Co-operators, managing client services and infrastructure, and various positions at CGI, starting as a Senior Developer. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a Masters Certificate in General Administration from the University of Regina.
