Jeff Boulton serves as the Principal of the Moose Jaw Campus at Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre, overseeing educational services for the Prairie South School Division and Regina Public School Division since August 2023. Boulton has been the Owner of Reactive Designs since January 2004, focusing on helping clients leverage open source technologies and online media through web design, print design, search marketing, and social media marketing. Prior experience includes serving as Principal of the Prairie South Virtual School and a Senior Web Designer for Prairie South School Division from 1995 until August 2023, as well as a longstanding involvement with Skills Canada, where Boulton held various roles, including Chief Expert for Web Design at multiple WorldSkills competitions. Boulton holds an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction, along with a BA and BEd in Mathematics and Science from the University of Regina.
