Daniel Nilsson is a seasoned professional in customer analytics and business intelligence with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Analytics at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines since January 2023, Daniel previously held prominent positions at Ellmount Group as Chief Analytics Officer and head of BI & CRM, among others. Daniel's career commenced as a part-time accountant while pursuing an MBA in International Business Administration at Luleå University of Technology, complemented by a BBA in the same field and international exposure through studies at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
