Sameh Taha is an experienced professional in cloud service delivery and professional services engagement. Currently serving as Cloud Service Delivery Manager at SAS since April 2024, Sameh previously held several key positions at Cisco from October 2012 to April 2024, including Global Head of Professional Services Engagement and Leader of the Americas Professional Services Engagement Desk. In those roles, Sameh focused on resource solutions for global project delivery, customer experience, and performance optimization. Earlier experience includes a role as Team Manager at Xceed, overseeing support for Cisco Smart Services. Sameh holds an MBA from NC State Poole College of Management and a BSC in Linguistics from Helwan University.
