Nihal Shah is an Associate Consultant at Servian since December 2021, serving as a Big Data platform engineer for Telstra, where responsibilities include managing Kubernetes tasks, monitoring system usage, and debugging deployed jobs. Prior to this role, Nihal worked at Infosys Ltd from June 2018 to November 2021, initially as a System Engineer, overseeing batch job scheduling and deployments on Kubernetes, and previously held positions as a Senior Operations Executive and Operations Executive, focusing on network troubleshooting for various circuit types. Nihal holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Associations Mulund College of Commerce, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
