Pål Nilsen has extensive experience in communication and media management across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the Communication Manager at Sarpsborg kommune since November 2008, Pål leads the section responsible for communication, reputation, ICT, and service. Prior to this, Pål held significant positions at Telenor ASA as Director of Group Communications and at Telenor Networks in multiple editorial and advisory roles. Pål's early career included leadership in television production as General Manager at juritzen tv produksjon and managing editorial processes in various newspapers. Pål holds degrees in Media Management from Oslo Merkantile Høyskole and Ex fac/Ex phil from the University of Oslo.
