Gilles Bonidal is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Direction des Systèmes d'Information for SARP-OSIS since February 2020, overseeing a broad scope that includes applications, infrastructures, networks, and cybersecurity across a workforce of 6,700 people across 240 sites. Previously, Gilles held the position of Directeur des Systèmes d'Information at SARP, managing IT systems for 4,000 employees at 140 sites. From April 2014 to February 2020, Gilles directed IT initiatives at SEDE Environnement, where responsibilities included applications and network infrastructure for five companies with 500 employees. Earlier roles included responsible of run for Veolia Eau, handling service quality and performance management, and leading performance and maintenance of ERP systems at Veolia Water Solution & Technologies. Starting as a consultant at Accenture, Gilles engaged with utility clients in technical architecture and project leadership roles. Gilles holds an engineering degree in Telecom & Radio Frequency from ESME, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
