Alison Craig has extensive experience in technical support and client services. Currently serving as a Technical Support Advisor at Sargent and Greenleaf since June 2017, Alison provides assistance for a range of products, including mechanical and electronic locks, as well as software and database management. Prior to this role, Alison worked at Byers Engineering Company as an OSP Designer, conducting field surveys for utility installations, and at VIPdesk as a Concierge, specializing in unique travel experiences. Additionally, Alison was part of the Trouble Resolution Group at Insight Communications, addressing Tier 2 and Tier 3 networking issues. Alison's educational background includes studies at Queens University of Charlotte, the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, and East Mecklenburg High School.
