Patrick Russell has extensive work experience in the commercial development industry. Patrick started their career at MetLife Real Estate Investments as a Regional Architect from 1990 to 1996. Following that, they worked at CarrAmerica Development Inc. as a Vice President/Sr. Development Manager from 1996 to 2004. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President Commercial Development at Sares-Regis Group, which they have been in since 2004.

Patrick Russell began their education in 1979 at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture. Patrick completed this degree in 1983. In 1994, Patrick enrolled at the University of Southern California, studying Commercial Real Estate. Patrick pursued a Masters of Real Estate Development and finished their studies in 1996.
