Sathish Ramani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sathish started their career as an ASP.NET Web Developer and Designer at HP, where they designed and developed database-driven websites and applications. Sathish then worked as a JSP Software Developer at Ecquaria Technologies before joining IBM as a Software Developer intern, where they integrated open-source specifications with IBM products and developed a web app for internal use.

After IBM, Sathish worked at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore as a Network Engineer and Cyber Security Content Developer, leading a team in evaluating, designing, and managing complex network architectures. Sathish also managed remote sites and implemented security measures such as encrypted traffic and segregation.

Following their role at the ministry, Sathish joined ST ELECTRONICS LTD as a Network Engineer, where they managed infrastructure and firewalls for government projects. Sathish then moved to Airbnb as an IT Operation specialist, overseeing L1 and L2 ticketing operations and improving workflows within the company.

Sathish later joined Carousell as an IT Specialist, focusing on enhancing the company's IT infrastructure, implementing IT security measures, and ensuring all employees had necessary security measures activated. Sathish also worked as a Backend Engineer at Carousell, collaborating with partners on APIs and integrating them into the app.

After Carousell, Sathish joined Chainstack as a Software Engineer in a small development team, where they also worked on infrastructure and clouds. Sathish then moved to Aaqua as a Site Reliability Engineer, supporting teams in creating new services such as AWS Sagemaker and AWS QLDB.

Most recently, Sathish joined Sardine as a DevOps Engineer.

Sathish Ramani graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore in the years 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Multimedia and Infocomm Communications from Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) between 2006 and 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Sathish obtained the following credentials: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), and Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) from The Linux Foundation in December 2020 and August 2021, respectively. Sathish also acquired the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco in August 2016.
