Aaron Ditch is an accomplished executive in the fitness and wellness industry, currently serving as the Executive Director at the Saratoga Regional YMCA since August 2019. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Membership Director at the Capital District YMCA from January 2010 to August 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service initiatives and focusing on membership growth. Aaron's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Program Director and Membership Director at the Capital District YMCA, along with Operations Manager at Lake Placid Health & Fitness from 2004 to 2009. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Sociology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and an Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts from Jefferson Community College.
