Prior to Saras, Vacca held senior management roles at CHEP Europe and Tamoil, focusing on sales, marketing, and supply chain management. Vacca's academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Cagliari.
