Sophie Yates has extensive experience in event management and executive assistance. Currently serving as EA to the CEO at Saracens RFC since August 2020, Sophie also holds the position of Head of Events, Talent and Operations at MBN Events, a role that has been ongoing since January 2014, where the focus is on providing alternative sporting hospitality experiences. Additionally, Sophie was the Events Manager and EA to the Owner and Co-Founder of The Esports Awards from April 2019 to January 2024, contributing to the recognition of excellence within the esports community. Sophie's educational background includes studies at The Harrodian School and Chiswick School.
