Maciek Matuszewski has been involved in the business world since 1995, when they became the owner of ALLPlayer International Management. In 2010, they became a shareholder and CEO of ALLPlayer Group Ltd. In 2016, they became a shareholder of Barber House. Since 2019, they have been a shareholder and CFO of Sara AI sp. z o.o.

Maciek Matuszewski obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Lodz University of Technology between 2006 and 2007. In 2021, they were awarded the International Trade Council Go Global Awards from the International Trade Council.
